ID (Intelligent Die) is our own patented technology, which will make the process of leather cutting easier and more effective. It uses the intelligent principle of stamping die recognition, according to which dies have their own “ID” in the form of unique codes.
Unique codes generated according to customer needs and printed on a thermal transfer printer are affixed to the stamping dies.
The paper stickers with the codes are virtually indestructible due to a thick protective foil that can, if necessary, be easily replaced without having to replace the sticker with the code itself.
A digital camera and suitable light source are placed above the desk, and a computer or a terminal at each workplace.
Just 1 click and you know exactly how the list of dies will look like and what the yield will be.
Based on a photograph of the desk with the leather and the positioned stamping dies, the software recognizes and evaluates the codes on the stickers within 10 seconds. The software enters the list of dies into the database and displays the complete data on the production order, without any need for human labour.
With us you will know the exact use of the material even before cutting out the leather. ID alerts you to any die that either does not belong to the order, or required amount has been produced already.
The order status and processing can be monitored in real-time, in which it is happening.
